LIMITED WARRANTY, WAIVER OF LIABILITY, AND TERMS OF SERVICE
Prius Battery Repair Las Vegas – Hybrid Battery Replacement Warranty

Warranty Coverage

Prius Battery Repair Las Vegas (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides warranty coverage for both new and reconditioned hybrid battery replacements, as outlined below:

• New hybrid battery replacements include a 4-Year Unlimited Mileage Warranty, covering both the battery and installation.

• Reconditioned hybrid battery replacements include a custom warranty term, which is clearly stated on your invoice.

All warranties begin on the date of installation and cover defects in materials, workmanship, or installation for the applicable duration. If a covered failure occurs during the warranty period and is confirmed by our diagnostic process, we will repair or replace the hybrid battery at no additional cost, in accordance with the terms stated herein.

Please note: any warranty repairs or replacements do not extend, reset, or renew the original warranty period. The warranty remains tied to the original installation date and vehicle.

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty will be considered null and void under the following circumstances:

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or negligence.

• Tampering, disassembly, or attempted repair by unauthorized persons.

• Modification of the battery or hybrid system.

• Removal or alteration of warranty seals, serial numbers, or tamper-evident stickers.

• Exposure to excessive moisture, flooding, fire, or hazardous chemicals.

• Vehicle storage exceeding thirty (30) consecutive days.

• Damage due to continued operation while experiencing engine or hybrid system issues, including, but not limited to, codes such as P0A0F, P0AB9, P3190, P3191, P3193, P1196, P0101, P0102, and P0505. A $375 reconditioning fee will apply if the battery is discharged due to such issues.

Non-Covered Scenarios Also Include:

• Installation into a different vehicle than originally intended.

• Vehicle total loss due to accident, natural disaster, or insurance claim.

• Installations performed by third parties or unauthorized mechanics.

• Vehicle or system modifications that deviate from Toyota or OEM standards.

• Damage occurring post-delivery while in customer custody.

Limited Liability Disclaimer
To the maximum extent allowed by Nevada law, Prius Battery Repair Las Vegas disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Under no circumstances shall Prius Battery Repair Las Vegas be held liable for incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, or vehicle downtime.

Waiver of Claims
By purchasing and accepting this product or service, the customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Prius Battery Repair Las Vegas, including its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates, from any claims, damages, losses, or legal actions arising from the installation, use, possession, condition, or performance of the hybrid battery, whether known or unknown at the time of service.

This waiver applies to all legal theories, including negligence, strict liability, or breach of contract, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Transferability and Ownership
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser and vehicle. Transfer of the battery to another vehicle or sale of the covered vehicle may void this warranty unless otherwise required by law.

Claim Procedure
All warranty claims require diagnostic verification by Prius Battery Repair Las Vegas. If the failure is confirmed to be covered, a replacement battery will be installed free of charge. Any unrelated repairs or contributing issues must be addressed prior to battery replacement.
